Core Contento Limited is a small family-run business operating between Italy and the UK. Every aspect of our business, from truffle hunting to graphic design and marketing, is handled by a member of the Torzillo or Sabetta family.
APPIA is our first step towards bringing that special feeling of home into UK homes. Its name is inspired by our parents’ restaurant, located along the Appian Way in Campania, Italy.
All our condiments are thoughtfully crafted in Molise, Italy, using just a handful of locally sourced ingredients. We never use chemical additives, colourants or unnecessary fillers.
Our commitment to using natural ingredients means that every product is crafted to deliver exceptional flavour without compromising on quality.
We never use artificial additives, colourants or preservatives. And we never will.
We believe that taking care of what we eat should go hand in hand with taking care of our planet.
That’s why our products come in glass jars with recycled-paper labels, and why we choose sea freight to transport our products from Italy to the UK. By making more thoughtful choices about our packaging and transportation, we aim to reduce our environmental footprint, one jar at a time.
