It all started some thirty years ago at our parent’s restaurant, the Appia: that’s where my sister and I grew up, surrounded by people coming together over good home-made food.
The smell of bread baking in the wood-fired oven and the taste of home grown tomatoes hold a special place in our heart. They simply are what home smells and tastes like to us.

The magic of the Appia lied in its simplicity: the dishes were made using very few, locally sourced ingredients, but put together with knowledge and passion.
Today we take the very same approach, which not only ensures the freshness and quality of our products, but also highlights the flavours and essence of our favourite ingredient: truffles.

Made with the finest truffles from Molise and extra virgin olive oil from Campania, our condiments are crafted without the use of any additives, colourants or artificial preservatives.
